Weekly Saturday morning long distance training run.
Saturday's Long Distance Training (LDT) run typically start at 7am. Most weeks, the group meets at the Betzwood picnic area by the entrance to the Schuylkill River trail but locations do sometimes vary from week to week.
Info about upcoming runs is posted in the member discussion group and on the LDT Schedule section of the website. Members need to logon to access these pages.
The Sunday morning coffee run starts at the Gateway Plaza Panera's at 7am. Very informal, easy pace. 5-6 miles through Chesterbrook and Wilson Farm Park.
