Saturday Long Distance Training Runs

Saturday's Long Distance Training (LDT) runs typically start at 7am. Most weeks, the group meets at the Betzwood Picnic Area by the entrance to the Schuylkill River Trail but locations do sometimes vary from week to week. 

We need volunteers to host each Saturday run!

Hosting is easy—just provide water, Gatorade at key spots, and a few post-run snacks. The club reimburses $25 to help cover costs.

Your Role:

    • Pick a route
    • Share details via Epeak app or email Marianne Anestad by Wednesday
    • Water stops every ~2.5 miles
    • Bring post-run snacks (not mandatory, but everyone will love you)
    • Clean-up after the run
