Runners of all ages, paces, and levels of experience are welcome to join us for a run. Fast Tracks coordinates a variety of runs throughout the week. These are our most popular weekly runs: |
Saturday Morning Long RunThe Saturday morning long distance training (LDT) run typically starts at 7am. Most weeks, the group meets at the Betzwood Pincic Area for a run on the schuylkill river trail but locations do sometimes vary from week to week. Some runners do up to 20 miles while others just do a few. Either way, the Saturday morning long run provides a social way to train for an upcoming race or just enjoy a scenic group run. |
Later Morning Saturday Winter RunIn addition to our standing 7am Long Distance Training Run, we have added a later Saturday morning start time for those who may benefit from a later Saturday run during the winter. The group meets at 8 am at the same location as the long distance training run for that week. 7 am runners usually circle back to meet the 8 am runners. Locations announced by email. |
Sunday Morning Coffee RunThe Sunday morning coffee run starts at the Gateway Plaza Panera Bread at 7am. Very informal, easy pace. 5-6 miles through Chesterbrook and Wilson Farm Park. |
